After a good movie and a chance to socialise with your community? Join us for the very first night of our Gold Coast Pride Collective Q***r Movie Club! Each month we'll check out some of the latest (and q***rest) films on offer across the Gold Coast. This month we head to the land of The Magic Faraway tree, a camp and cute reimagining of this childhood classic, featuring Jessica Gunning, Nicola Coughlan and many more. So I saw this yesterday and knew it had a LGBTQIA+ theme, but not exactly how much.

WOW, what a beautiful movie, it touches on many aspects of our community without drowning out the main storyline. I loved this movie and fully recommend it.
