Continuing the saga: The Pons Regulator, hope fully I am getting close to the end of this job, this is a mix of video taken of the remontoire working with a few pointers for people if they are trying to see how it works. It uses a differential gearing and a weighted arm.
After the last video I have added a slight modification to the clock that hopefully blends in with the original.
I will post some photos later.

Just did a little modification to my Optivisors, it gives me about 20 X magnification on this side for when I don't have the Microscope at hand...
I had an old lense lying around which was chipped around the edge so I cleaned it up put a new bevel around it, then made a frame to hold it

Cutting a new great wheel on a barrel, too many damaged teeth with some already replaced. Only line of action new barrel.
