We’re excited to share that Taylor Australia Construction has awarded Moeco Plumbing the hydraulic works contract for the new Melrose Park Public School.

The project will feature world-class facilities, including:

- 31 modern classrooms
- 3 support learning classrooms
- New staff administration facilities
- A new library
- A new school hall
- A covered outdoor learning area (COLA)
- A sports court

Designed to deliver high-quality education close to home, the new school is planned to accommodate up to 1,000 students in the future.

We’re excited to share that Taylor Australia Constructions has awarded Moeco Plumbing the hydraulic services contract for the new Jordan Springs High School.

Located in Jordan Springs and supporting both the local community and Ropes Crossing Public School, this new high school will accommodate 1,000 students and 80 staff. The campus will include:

— Three three-storey classroom buildings
— A multipurpose hall for sports and performances
— Library and administration facilities
— Specialist workshops for science, woodwork, and metalwork
— Covered outdoor learning areas and a canteen
— A sports field, three outdoor courts, and extensive landscaping
— 72 car parking spaces (including accessible spaces) and 100 bicycle spaces

Moeco Plumbing is proud to be part of this significant project delivering essential infrastructure for Western Sydney’s growing community.

It was a pleasure to host a Lebanese-style site BBQ at the Macquarie Park Public School Project, managed by Taylor Construction. This was a small gesture to show our appreciation to both the Moeco Plumbing and Taylor Constructions teams.

We invited all on-site trades to enjoy some delicious food and take a well-earned break together. It was great to see so many from the Taylor team join in for a good chat.

And as always, the food was amazing — big thanks to the Butcher Boys for their outstanding service.

Just a spontaneous site BBQ at Concord High School, hosted by Moeco Plumbing with top-notch service from The Butcher Boys — a small way to show our appreciation to both the Moeco Plumbing team and Richard Crookes Constructions.

We invited all the on-site trades to enjoy some delicious food and take a well-earned break together.

A big thank you to the Richard Crookes site team for creating such a great working environment for the Moeco crew and all the other trades on-site.

We’re excited to share that Taylor Construction have awarded Moeco Plumbing the hydraulic works contract for the Midtown Macquarie Park New Primary School.

This state-of-the-art primary school will accommodate 750 students from Kindergarten to Year 6, featuring modern learning spaces, a canteen, multipurpose hall, library, administration and staff facilities, covered outdoor learning areas, and outdoor play areas on each floor of the building and rooftop.

The school is part of the Midtown Estate in Macquarie Park. Midtown is a new urban neighbourhood being built on the site of the former Ivanhoe Estate in Macquarie Park that will include social, affordable and private housing, community facilities, retail, and green spaces.

Moeco Plumbing is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Hydraulic Stage 1 package for the new Edmondson Park High School project by Richard Crookes Constructions.

Located on Buchan Avenue and Faulkner Way, the new school offers modern learning spaces designed for students in the area. The facility includes 40 learning spaces, a science learning hub, a physical education gymnasium, a lecture theatre, a canteen, and a library. We are excited to contribute to this important project and support the development of quality educational infrastructure.

We are proud to announce that Moeco Plumbing has been awarded the hydraulic works contract by Buildland for the Rockwater Brookvale project.

The proposed design features 34 industrial warehouses with mezzanine office spaces, micro warehouses, and strata storage units. The building’s facade incorporates permeable screens to minimize visual bulk, maximize natural light, and provide a surface for vines to grow, bringing greenery back into the industrial estate.

We are proud to announce that Moeco Plumbing has been awarded the hydraulic works contract by Richard Crookes Constructions for the Concord High School upgrade project. This exciting development will significantly enhance the school's capacity and provide modern, flexible learning spaces to better support students and the community.

The upgrade includes 32 new standard classrooms, specialist classrooms and learning spaces for visual arts, performing arts, and PDHPE, as well as a new support learning unit with three classrooms. There will also be new front-facing administration and staff facilities, along with a new school hall. The project involves relocating the library and administration areas, with expanded spaces designed to better accommodate students and various programs. Additionally, there will be upgrades to existing facilities.

Moeco Plumbing is excited to announce that we have been awarded the hydraulic works contract by Binah Constructions for The Landmark Quarter St Leonards.

The project entails a total of 234 apartments, including a mixture of 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units, as well as penthouses and double-story townhouses, spread over three towers. The complex will feature 4.5 levels of underground basement car parking.

Additionally, the development includes extensive landscaping, rooftop terraces, and communal amenities such as a pool, gym, cinema, spa, sauna, and outdoor recreation areas.
