Christophe & Matthias De Meulder

Christophe & Matthias De Meulder Brothers/ Twins, Professional Poker Players and former TV Presenters. At the age of 10 our lives would take a big change.

Growing up in a small village near Antwerp, our interests as little kids mainly leaned towards playing football all day and just having fun outdoors with our friends from the neighbourhood. This pretty often resulted in neighbours complaining about balls hitting their windows or excessive noise during dinner time. When we got a little older our father Bob ("BobbyBusto") had the brilliant idea of m

aking us doing some auditions for movies. Pretty cool as this actually gave us the opportunity of meeting Leonardo Di Caprio doing "Total eclipse" when he was about 18 years old climbing up the ladder to become a superstar. Our father took us to a casting for "Man bijt Hond" and they signed us to have our own show for the next 3 years. This made us the most well-known twins in Belgium, which was fun but not always very easy to cope with at that age. Then highschool was waiting at the door which we both graduated fairly easy in Human science (Christophe) and Latin Languages (Matthias)

After that Christophe left for a trip to Africa and after coming back from that trip he got in touch with poker. It was Matthias, his brother, that was playing the game on his computer. At first Christophe wasn't very interested, but when he saw how passionate Matthias was about the game, the determination that drove him to put in the efforts to get better, and the results he was making, Christophe also decided to give it a shot. The pokerbug bit him as well and 3 years later, there they are, Belgian Pokerstars Team Pros still madly in love with the game :).
