🎥 Presented at the the FICG Festival Internacional de Cine en Guadalajara, the award — now in its third edition — celebrates outstanding European cinema and its resonance with Latin American audiences.

🇳🇴 Norway secured its first-ever Academy Award with SENTIMENTAL VALUE winning Best International Feature in a historic breakthrough.
🇮🇪 Ireland celebrated a major milestone as Jessie Buckley took home Best Actress, becoming the first Irish woman to win in that category (perfect timing for St. Patrick’s Day ☘️😉).
🎬 European storytelling also shined in documentary, with a European co-production winning Best Documentary Feature.
👏 A night of “firsts” and proud moments across Europe. Congratulations to all nominees and laureates!

From the red carpet at the BAFTA Film Awards in London 🇬🇧, to bold premieres at the Berlinale - Berlin International Film Festival 🇩🇪, and powerful wins at the Académie des César in Paris 🇫🇷, European cinema is shining on every stage.
🏆 The BAFTAs celebrated excellence across British and international filmmaking.
🎥 The Berlinale once again championed daring, socially engaged storytelling from around the world.
🇫🇷 And the Césars honoured standout French and European talent, highlighting the strength of cross-border collaboration with a special honorary César to Jim Carrey.
