مهرجان سينمائي دولي سنوي، يعقد في مدينة الإسكندرية المصرية كل عام، وقد افتتح للمرة الأولى في العام 1979 من قبل الجمعية المصرية لكتاب ونقاد السينما التي رأسها وقت انشائها العام 1973 الناقد كمال الملاخ . Alexandria International Film Festival for Mediterranean Countries is the second oldest film festival in Egypt. The AIFF aims to broaden film culture and strengthen the relationship between filmmakers throughout the world with a special attention given to Mediterranean countries.
