THEM THEM, founded and directed by Réda Ait in 2015, is a DIY production which aims to find, follow, and THEM is the column of our quest for intimacy.

It is also the story of succession of captured encounters. But first and foremost, it is the desire to film others. The idea is simple: represent an individual via one’s universe and the social and aesthetic characteristics one embodies. Ultimately, THEM is the project that gathers documentary-like portraits to highlight the variety of relations that the modern individual entertain with his/her bo

dy. THEM is the love of the other, the desire to share each and everyone’s happiness and singularity. It is the story of two cinema enthusiasts that seek to capture the beauty of the body through the potential for intimacy of the documentary format. Far away from conventionality, THEM attempts to know the Other via the exploration of so-called marginal communities. The idea is to illustrate that we are all, in our own ways, heroes of our daily stories.
