Current Cinema Club An independent cinema club that aims to showcase a variety of films, on projection, in low budget locations. This is not a business ploy or plan.

I've always been accustomed to the idea of bringing people together through film. Although I've never studied drama or the arts, I've always felt a compassion for film. Cinema is such a great focal point for conversation. An excellent mechanism for dividing opinions and friendship groups alike. It is for this reason that I recently purchased my first projector, to showcase films in my home and ar

ound my friends. It quickly became an underground cinema club, a catalyse for bring us closer together as a group of friends. I feel that Chelmsford really lacks an outgoing relationship with cinema in this way. I don't intend to make any money out of this project at all. My onIy hope is to watch some interesting films, in some unusal locations and expand the film club I have grown to love. George Hutchinson
