🎬🎹 Last Sunday, 25th of May, I had the joy of playing live piano for a screening of Charlie Chaplin’s A Dog’s Life at Amersham School — a silent film performance for Ukrainian children.

What an unforgettable experience! Hearing the children’s laughter during the film was truly heartwarming.

It’s amazing how a film made over 100 years ago still connects so naturally with young audiences. Chaplin’s humour is timeless — and watching the kids enjoy it so much reminded me of the universal power of laughter. I really hope this was a special moment for them.

A Dog’s Life carries such a touching message — that even in difficult times, kindness, hope, and a big heart can carry us through. That we should support one another and believe in a brighter future.
