Our team at M Group built this new build property eight years ago and with its classic features it has stood the test of time and will continue to do so. The patina of the herringbone has weathered beautifully and looks stunning with the different hues and colours. We built two staircases one visas an American design with extra large spindles and newel posts and the other staircase is more of a contemporary design with open string. The overall build reflects a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern design making a stunning architectural statement. This wonderful property truly reflects the skill and expertise of the craftsman at M Group 👏🏼

Continuing on from the previous post….

A significant amount of effort went into selecting the right brick for the rear of the property, as we wanted a brick that exuded character. The warm-toned, weathered brickwork spans two stories, creating a charming aesthetic. To complement this, we chose handcrafted brown hand made clay tiles that harmonize beautifully with the intricate twisted chimneys. The home features a striking glass-walled section that floods this area with natural light, enhancing the sense of space. As the expansive grounds have now matured, they are the perfect complement for this wonderful family home🙌🏼

We built this exquisite Tudor-style arts and crafts property about 7 years ago. Now that it has matured it looks beautiful. It boasts an intricate timber-framed façade, with a traditional render highlighting the bay.

At the entrance, a central solid oak door is beautifully complemented by some of the mature plants. The brickworks sections add texture and a tasteful contrast to the exterior. A spacious resin driveway, is bordered by a wonderful dry stone wall that was meticulously built by our craftsmen.

The client allowed us free rein to build whatever chimney design we wanted to show off our craftsmanship and this is what we built. Built with precision and creativity, this unique twisted chimney stands as a testament to the abilities of our bricklaying team 🙌🏼

Set on an exclusive gated estate in Kent, this magnificent 15,000 sq ft property was a new build project showcasing classic Georgian architectural elegance!

At the heart of the facade is a centred archway above the ornate front door, complemented by stately double columns that frame the entrance with grandeur two strey structure plus basement was meticulously designed, featuring a balanced symmetry across its three main sections.

The central section boasts a gabled roof accented by charming dormer windows, lending distinguished character to the façade.

At the rear of the property there are two distinguished balconies highlighting the mansion’s luxurious appearance. Flanking the centre, each wing presents gracefully arched windows on its lower level and a series of neatly aligned rectangular windows above, emphasizing the property’s grandeur.

The Welsh slate-tiled roof harmonises beautifully with the red brick exterior, while white Portland stone detailing provides sophisticated accents around windows and along the corners of the structure.

We are immensely proud of this completed construction project, which stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to quality and excellence. This property not only reflects our dedication to craftsmanship but also serves as a remarkable addition to the legacy of M Group.

This past project consisted of the demolition of the existing property to rebuild an updated 9,000 sq ft magnificent family home in Beckenham, Kent 🏡

It features a Tom Howley Devine kitchen, hand finished in their bespoke colour Tansy, and balanced with walnut cabinetry.

This Georgian style new build was beautifully designed and built by our team at M Group Build.

The glass based pool house is one of the many highlights of this incredible family home built by M Group Build in Kent 🏡

It includes a mixture of fixed and sliding glass panels to enclose the poor area, as well as a glass corner that allows the pool, kitchen and patio to flow seamlessly in the summer!

This stunning 22,000 sq ft 8 bedroom family home built by M Group London in Kent was our first Nudura wall system project! It features an incredible marble entrance hall, statement chandelier and a wonderful curved marble staircase🏡

The attention to detail and workmanship from our team is to an exceptionally high standard. The property features a fine dining room with gold leaf ceiling, & drawing room with antique fireplace!
