The grand Sapphire - proposal built
Designing a landmark space in terms of design and technology. The spaces are divided into 4 parts vertically and major portions or percentage is dedicated to hotel and service apartments. The key feature of this proposal is that it is totally supported on its exo skeleton and central core allowing it to have a maximum floor surface and modular floor plan for more obtaining more planning combination.
