Beauty that catches an eye keen on most times assumed details. Beauty that surrounds us and for a minute we forget the ugliness that we encounter not only from an everyday stranger but from those we hold dear to our hearts. Beauty that summons us to counter check our souls and ask the hard questions. Beauty that reminds us no matter how tough and rough a chosen road is we always come to the end of the journey with important lessons learned. The walls feels like they are closing up on you, accelerated heart beat that is on a sprinting mode, fear that chill your bones to the marrow, hope that keeps you going seems to be sipping away through the cracks of your being allowing the darkness and doubt in. Heart beating, blood in my veins warming up, cheeks blushing and desire building up like a volcano ready to erupt. It started as an innocent swimming lesson but the touch of his hands on my body sent me into a spiral of emotions that I had been holding in. It took me two months to publish this but here we go.... Sitting at the lounge in Zanzibar sipping my cocktail while enjoying the magnificent sunset I can not help but notice right beside me people keeping busy on their phones and my mind goes straight to old days where people would gather together and mingle.
