Daghang salamat to everyone who submitted their entries to this year’s edition of Cine de Oro Film Festival! Having focused on the growth of our local filmmakers since the beginning, we’re always excited to see what Kagay-anon artists have in store for the audience every year.

To encourage more local stories to shine in this iteration of CDOFF, we have decided to extend the deadline. We hope this gives Kagay-anon filmmakers ample time to complete and submit their films. Consequently, this also means moving the festival to next year.

The new deadline will be on DECEMBER 31, 2025, and the fifth edition of Cine de Oro Film Festival will be celebrated in FEBRUARY 2026. We hope to see you there and see more of you!

Filipino filmmakers from other regions or countries may still submit. Eligibility and requirements from the original call for entries still apply. https://www.facebook.com/orodecine/posts/pfbid023uqhgBe8QpM2YN4dNwZ5mi3epRNjuieEw1LErkdzS6M1zEUkptQU5hgufYqu8hZJl
