A short film competition arranged by FMC-UMT

*Title*: 14 august-the day we emerged

1- *Duration*: The films shall not be more than 1 (one) minute (60 seconds), including the beginning and end credits. Films exceeding this time limit are liable to be rejected. The minimum length should be 30 seconds including credits.
2- *Deadline*: The film should have been shot/completed before 26th august 2021.
3-The Short Film can be based on any subject or concept relevant to the title.
4- *FORMAT*: The films may be shot in MPEG4 or AVI format. The recommended ratios are 16:9 / 16:9 Full Height Anamorphic – in DV / HDV.
5-The short films may be in their original language but MUST be subtitled in ENGLISH. Films submitted previously to any other festival will not be considered for this contest. If found later, will be disqualified for the contest/prize withheld.
6-All content used in the short film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have permission and submit a copy to the OPA.
