So far… One of the best meals we’ve had in Spain during this trip. Curioso has a lot to offer. Starting with its precise and detailed service, to the knowledge of the local products they use. Every bite is enchanting with traditional Castilian flavors w/ creativity in its purest essence. Wine pairings 10/10. Hands down, one of the best places you can visit while in the region. THANKS

Founded in 1980 by Mariano García in memory of his father, Bodegas Mauro has been committed to excellence from the very beginning. Balanced and elegant wines meant for aging which assert the identity of each terroir and the attributes of the different varieties. Bodegas Mauro is enclaved in the historic town of Tudela de Duero, in the province of Valladolid, just 19 kilometres from the provincial capital right in the heart of the Duero Valley.

Pago de Carraovejas, well-known producer in Ribera del Duero, the dream come true for restaurateur José María Ruiz. In the late 1980s, not long after he opened the famous restaurant bearing his name in Segovia, Ruiz bought 9Ha of vines in Peñafiel (Valladolid). The vineyards extends across a south-facing slope with fabulous views of the ancient castle that crowns the village in the Botijas valley. The first vintage to reach the market was 1991, in the midst of Ribera’s boom, and quickly became one of the region’s most sought-after reds.
The property expanded across the slope over the following years to reach 160Ha of vines grown between 760 and 900m above sea level. One of the best place to visit while in the region. .us

Founded in 2021, ODE was born with the purpose of offering a differentiating tourist experience that celebrates the natural beauty and authenticity of Ribatejo. Located in Vila Chã de Ourique, Cartaxo, the property covers 100 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and mountains, integrating into an evolving project that combines wine tourism, hospitality and well-being in an inspiring environment. The ODE Winery stands out for its impressive architecture and an environment designed to receive visitors throughout the year. With more than 120 years of history, the winery combines tradition and innovation through stainless steel tanks with temperature control, oak barrels, stone “lagares” and carvings, allowing to make wines that express the unique character of each variety. The spacious cellars offer the ideal conditions for the aging of ODE premium wines, reinforcing the identity of the project.

Great full for our time Ode Winery. An incredible experience led and delivered by people sharing the same level of passion for this world of wine. Portugal has been incredible but our visit to Ode was outstanding. From touring the property, the food, the wine, and the people behind it all. Thanks for welcoming and treating us so well
