ThisConnect is a ground-up community movement that promotes emotional literacy, self-awareness, and mindfulness. Since 2020, ThisConnect has been putting up exhibitions, programmes and workshops recognised and supported by government institutions like NCSS, Singapore Kindness Movement, NYC Young Changemakers and Temasek Trust Oscar@SG Fund. Through community engagement workshops, multimedia films

and art exhibitions, and monthly conversation events, ThisConnect create spaces for individuals to connect deeply with themselves to uncover their unique meaning and purpose in life.
