新研發冷撕霧離型加TPU塗層複合膜!

一. TPU簡介:
TPU具有硬度範圍廣，物理強度高(TPU製品的承載能力，抗衝擊性及減震性能突出)，耐寒性優(零下35度仍保持良好的彈性，柔順性和其他物理性能) ，後加工性好、耐油、耐水、耐黴菌、彎曲性佳、耐磨性佳、高週波易裁切、抗UV特性良好等優點。
再生利用性好，會自動分解，目前已是全球廣泛使用的環保材料。

二. TPU應用範圍:
．成衣：TPU防水透濕膜
．鞋材：高週波熱切，品牌Logo，無車縫鞋面
．醫療：醫療床管，醫療復健充氣材料
．戶外運動：戶外充氣床墊，水袋
．車用材料，電子產品等

三. 本產品介紹與使用方法:
本司在離型膜上再覆蓋一層TPU膜，客戶僅需要在我司複合膜上塗油墨與熱熔膠，轉印在衣服鞋材或任何材質物品後，TPU即會跟轉到衣服商標的最表面，形成一層TPU保護層。

四. 本產品優點:
本產品克服網版印刷無法轉印之後再覆蓋一層TPU的缺點，而且可省去客戶之前油墨轉印之後還需要自行覆蓋最外面防水抗刮層的麻煩，省時省力節省成本，又具備有TPU層的眾多優點。

新研發PET非矽離形膜!

非矽離形膜具有矽離型膜缺少之優點,

例如:
1. 在熱轉印方面,不與含矽的油墨或樹酯相結合,故離型優良。
2. 具有氟素離形膜之優點,但非矽離形膜價格非常優惠。

本司生產之非矽離型膜,可供多功能使用,如:

1. 熱轉印,網版印刷,機械印刷: 並具有耐溶劑,可霧可亮,離形穩定等之優點。

2. 各種行業之非印刷離型膜。

熱昇華轉印是先將各式各樣圖文使用裝有專用熱昇華墨水的噴墨印表機列印在熱昇華轉印紙上，再經過熱轉印設備加熱到200℃左右，使熱昇華紙上的熱轉印墨水昇華(氣化)滲入到承印物，從而把紙上的彩色圖像逼真地轉印到紡織品、瓷杯、金屬等材質上的一種工藝。

熱昇華轉印圖文色彩鮮豔、豐富(可呈現漸層色及陰影等細節)，其效果可媲美直接印刷，且具有不用開版，不褪色，不龜裂，透氣好等特點，應用相當廣泛。

本司以十幾年電鍍雷射膜經驗,領先業界創新出直接在TPU膜上雷射電鍍,色彩光鮮且毫不脫落!

TPU(Thermoplastic Polyurethane 熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯)為環保無毒材料,經長時間後可土壤分解,並具有多種優點:抗撕裂性佳,防水耐張力,彎曲強度佳,防風保暖等
所以在各式袋類,貼合膜,家具加工,鞋材,皮包,衣物等等方面應用非常廣泛

但因為長期難克服在TPU膜上雷射電鍍不良的難關,目前普遍採取以印刷後的PET或TPU貼合的的方式,卻容易被撕開導致油墨脫離
