Elderberry syrup is not a syrup at all, but liquidy goodness that gets its name from days past when local healers couldn’t make something palatable they would add large quantities of honey, and molasses that would make it thick in nature like syrup to make it easier to drink.

Directions: Adults take one, one-ounce super shot daily, and children a half-ounce daily for immunity support. It can be taken twice daily if adverse symptoms or sickness arise.

Organic Ingredients: elderberries, raw honey, cinnamon, ginger, clove.

Elderberry syrup is perishable, which means it needs to be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. Can last up to two weeks in transport outside of refrigeration.

Elderberry syrup has been found to reduce the length and severity of symptoms caused by the influenza virus.
Elderberry syrup has some benefits for heart health, such as reducing cholesterol, uric acid, and blood sugar levels.
Elderberries are a low-calorie food packed with vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants in the form of phenolic acids, flavonols, and anthocyanins.
