This is a hard post to write.
After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our business. Like many small businesses, we took on small business loans in 2020 to stay afloat, but sales never fully recovered. In recent months, we’ve faced repeated shipping issues, packages getting lost or never scanned as well as mail theft, and at the same time, orders have slowed to the point that we just can’t sustain things any longer.
If you have a recent order and haven’t heard from us, please check your messages. We are working on refunding the remainder of orders not delivered. Our Etsy shop will remain open for a bit so we can make sure everyone is taken care of.
To those who have supported our business over the years, thank you. Whether you placed an order, left a kind review or simply cheered us on, you mean more to us than you know.
We’re not sure what’s next, but we’re stepping away to rest, breathe, and figure things out. Thank you for being a part of our journey.
