As a very dull 50+ woman, I have time on my hands to consider things that affect my day. For instance if I see a rainbow on my way to work it's good luck and probably going to be a great day.
On the other hand, walking through a spiders Web early morning and seeing his monster huntsman sitting in my chair it's definitely not going to be a good or lucky day for either me or the spider.
Dull fact I moved to Australia from the UK 20 years ago and have only seen 5 snakes in the wild.
