Buyer tip:

We are currently in a seller’s market. That means sellers have many buyers to choose from.

The offers being accepted right now are generally higher than the appraised value of the home. That means it is hard to get a loan for the full amount of the purchase.

You will benefit from not only having a large down payment. You also need to be able to pay the closing cost, and possibly cover the difference between the appraised value and the purchase price. All of this requires CASH.
