🦫🪵 Colorado Springs helped inspire a Pixar movie.
Pixar’s filmmakers visited while researching their new film Hoppers… and met Ginger, a famously cranky geriatric beaver whose attitude inspired the film’s characters.
That’s not just a cool fact. That’s our community’s expertise, care, and wildlife knowledge showing up on the big screen.
Huge respect to the team at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for what they do every day - educating our city and apparently consulting Hollywood. 🎬
