Starfield Productions of New England Starfield Productions of New England focuses on cinematographic and photographic projects, and strives for the high standards of professionalism.

My name is Matthew Seifert. In 2014 I graduated from Rhode Island College with Cum Laude honors. I received a degree in film studies and anthropology. I spent my senior year interning with Rhode Island PBS, and I continue to participate with their projects. I created Starfield Productions of New England in 2012. The original goal was to assist and produce skill videos for college bound athletes. W

hile I still continues to help college bound athletes, this outlet has allowed me to expand my technical and creative skills into new areas. I have created a number of films, which range from fiction to documentaries. After a summer traveling with the Central Mass Thunder softball tournament team, I was able to produce a 45-minute documentary capturing what it means to be a team. Recently I have created a short fiction film about a romance between an iPhone and a MacBook Pro. Using high quality DSLR, I have expanded into the field of photography. I have experience with portraits, weddings, landscape, performance, street photography, and much more. However, it is sports action photography that is my real passion. I have followed both Wheaton College and Salve Regina University during their 2014 softball season, capturing sheer athleticism and emotional intensity. My future plans are to attend a graduate program and complete an MFA in film production. I hope to stay in the New England area and continue to produce cinematic and photographic projects. The Wheaton College Softball photo book is HERE!!! :)

The 2015 photo book has 111 pages, and 300 pictures. The book comes in both hardcover and softcover and each version is formatted the same. This year’s photo book is larger and more detailed than last year’s resulting in a slightly higher cost. It was a great season, and I appreciate the opportunity to improve my craft.

I have changed the process of ordering the book to make it simpler for everyone. Below are links that will take you to the Blurb website where you can order the book. You then have the books shipped directly to you, taking me out of the middle. You can select your own speed of shipping.

The books are printed after you place your order. The shipping times may seem long, but this is normal for a photo book and no different than last year.

The 2014 Wheaton College photo book is also available to purchase through Blurb. If you did not order the book last year, you can do so this year. The book is exactly the same format and priced the same as last year. So you won’t be missing out on anything by ordering the book a year later. The links to that book are listed below.
