Cat's Costumes Cat's Costumes makes top notch costumes This store all started when a little red headed hollywood arts student got into making costumes in her new class.

Cat first made an excat dress that was used in a movie for her friend, a little bo peep, super hero, sikowitz (her teacher), and a spy costume [costumes]. Cat started t make costumes for sale in 2011.
