Because our focus is on “how you feel” rather than “how you look,” our participants experience the freedom of a non-judgement (of self and of others) environment and community, rather than competition. Our approach to fitness is incredibly refreshing and healthy in the traditionally image-obsessed fitness industry. Our participants experience transformation from the inside out, and enjoy our philosophy that when you feel good, you look amazing.

Beloved Oulaverse,

We are so pleased to announce that we have found the right person to continue Oula’s legacy! At this time, we are proceeding through the details of a transition and very soon we will announce the new owner of Oula. In addition, she is planning to attend Oulabration and will be available for meet and greets!

We are also excited to announce that under new ownership, Kali and Bernice will still be involved in the company and creating choreography, as usual. Our joint goal between current and future owners is that there is as little disruption as possible as we make this transition into the future.
