Just wanted to share a little of something I’ve been working on with you all. Featured is my 4” inch mini chocolate cake with milk chocolate swiss buttercream accompanied with a chocolate drizzle and toasted pecans ☺️. It’s deliciously moist and not overly sweet! If you would like to see for yourself or purchase for a friend, they are only $20.

I graduated Valedictorian from Baking and Pastry program, I couldn’t be prouder of myself for pursuing something that I have always been passionate about.
