Commander cosplay costume ✨

Our latest custom commission is officially ready, tailored from scratch to the customer’s exact measurements for a sharp, flawless fit.

The helmet, along with the belt components and the structured collar accents on the jacket were 3D-printed from plastic.

Forearm armor were crafted from high-density EVA foam to stay durable and comfortable for extended convention wear.

We can 3D print, assemble, and paint your own custom models, just like we did with this mechanical fist-hand.

Assembling it was quite a challenge, as purchased 3D models aren't always 100% optimized for printing, let alone assembly. However, after making some adjustments and engineering tweaks, we successfully finished the project, and everything works exactly as it should — the upper fingers open smoothly like a lid.
