As fate would have it, I found myself in the presence of singer songwriter Mme. Margareth Russell once again after almost two decades. At 100 years old, her spirit and talent remain as vibrant as ever, and I was honored to bear witness to her lyrics flow effortlessly from her lips - weaving stories of love, loss, adventure and life. So much life.

The chance encounter that set me on the path to become a filmmaker all those years ago had come full circle. Now faced with a legendary artist whose inspiring story needs telling in order for it to live on forever - just as she should.
