MAMA rips the veil off of the “losing it” and "why we drink" motherhood memes and probes into the pressure and all-encompassing relentlessness of being a caregiver. From first time director, Ericka Kreutz, MAMA weaves between documentary and narrative styles for an intimate observance of a day in the life of a mother. A mother (played expertly by Kristin Slaysman) who is doing everything to stay afloat, to stay present, to stay joyful with her two young children, while feeling an unwavering loss of self.

“Stronger Than You Think” is a documentary following Ali Truwit, a collegiate swimmer who lost her leg in a shark attack and, within a year, rehabilitated to become a Paralympian. The film documents her journey from trauma to triumph, focusing on resilience and mental strength.
