Recently, we had the pleasure of producing and planning an unforgettable Spring Gateway at the legendary Ministry of Sound, for business and digital transformation consultancy, Gate One.

From immersive AI workshops and live demos to collaborative sessions exploring the future of technology, the event was designed to inspire creativity, connection, and fresh thinking in one of London’s most iconic venues.

Guests were taken on an incredible AI journey, ending with a live AI-generated company anthem that brought the room to life.

Every bar mitzvah should feel like the night belongs entirely to him - and this one absolutely did! 🧢

Recently Ruby J took over Bardo in St James for a celebration full of colour and personality. We installed a custom merch bar themed around the bar mitzvah boy’s favourite things, brought in live musicians and Latin entertainment to keep the floor moving, and layered every corner of the room with thoughtful details.

CORPORATE COOL 😎

Last week we were tasked with creating a company day with an edge.

Hosted at the iconic , serving up street food, a celebrity guest speaker, who discussed the use of AI in the industry, and of course, no event at Ministry would be complete without an after party with live DJ set.

Transforming the iconic Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, during a
Super Bowl is no small task.

Ruby J delivered full design and planning for an expansive outdoor party environment, centred around a custom marquee built in the centre of the admired ballpark.
From staging and lighting to guest flow and production logistics, Ruby J created a space that could match the scale and energy of one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

Behind the scenes, an entire army of technicians, suppliers and crew worked around the clock during the 6 day build, to bring the vision to life, transforming the space into a Saturday night the guests will be talking about for years to come.
