Through Palestinian film and art, we connect communities, preserve history, and remind us of the power of storytelling across generations.

Join us this Sunday, November 23 at 1 pm at The Little Theatre for With Hasan in Gaza, part of the Witness Palestine Film Festival.
Rediscovered MiniDV tapes from 2001 take us on an unexpected journey across Gaza with Hasan, a local guide whose fate is unknown. The film becomes a quiet reflection on memory, loss, and the Gaza that once was, and the lives that may never be found again.

“A Bunch of Questions with No Answers” by Robert M Ochshorn & Alex Reynolds running now at Rochester Contemporary Art Center! A Bunch of Questions with No Answers is a record of the questions posed by journalists to the US State Department during press briefings between Oct 3, 2023 and the end of the Biden administration about the ongoing genocide in Palestine. As the endless demands for clarification and accountability were repeatedly met with convoluted evasions, the artists chose to edit them out.

Running for more than 23 hours, the film will be played over the course of four days, from Thursday November 20th through Sunday November 23rd from 12-6pm at RoCo. Entry is free and open to the public.

Join us for the Witness Palestine Film Festival on November 22 at 5:30 pm for Thank You for Banking With Us, directed by Palestinian filmmaker Laila Abbas. The film follows two sisters, Mariam and Noura, who discover their late father’s hidden inheritance and hatch a risky plan to claim it, revealing a sharp, intimate story about womanhood, family, and the everyday inequalities Palestinians navigate.
