At a video professionals meeting in June of 2008, Mike Brueggemeyer, Michael Towe, Bill Bork and Chad Reese had a conversation about the 48 Hour Film Project. They talked about trying it but were reticent to waste their time. But when Chad suggested we all join together and try it, each of us had the same thought – ‘I’d love to work with these guys!’ We all said yes, and four weeks later we got t

ogether and shot a film called ‘Just a Man.’ It won seven awards (out of thirteen!) from the San Diego 48 Hour Film Project, including Best Film of San Diego. More than that, it was a remarkable experience for all of us, and we were all hooked on working together. We’ve made a bunch of films, including three that were screened at the Cannes Film Festival. We’ve made commercials and corporate films, and we’ve enjoyed every minute of it. We've won Best Film a bunch of times, Silver telly awards, a whole bunch of EMMY awards, a Platinum Marcom award, and more. So in the end, our group is comprised of folks you’d admire for their creativity, work ethic and enthusiasm, doing the best work possible, and smiling all the way through.

"PURSUIT", a Forth Dimensions production (filmed with an Amalgamated Grommet cast) has been accepted in to the Culver City Film Festival. The screening is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Saturday, December 9th at the Cinemark 18 & XD in Culver City. We hope to see you there.
