LAST WEEK! It's your last chance to see this stunning exhibition in person! Featuring dozens of gorgeous still lifes and landscapes by photographers, Bill & Kathy Kostelec, the show runs through Friday, May 8th in the SFCC Photography Gallery. The gallery is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm and is free of charge.

Busy times here with music and photography! We’re playing this Saturday, April 4th, Lewis Clark Bluegrass Stage, Clarkston, WA High School Auditorium. music starts at 7:00PM, and our photo show opens Monday April 6 at SFCC here in Spokane, Also... we have some new photos of us thanks to Bill’s former photo student Matt Boyle! Matt is carrying on the tradition of shooting and teaching black and white film photography. This was made with 4x5 film and near our home. More music and photography to come...

Preparing for our upcoming show at the Spokane Falls Community College Photo Gallery in the lovely new art building. We hang the show next week and it will be up through April. Included in the show will be some newly printed work and prints that have never been exhibited outside of our home studio. Here are a couple: Bill’s from deep in the needles of Canyonlands Utah (recently printed for the first time in the darkroom), and Kathy’s Dante’s View in Death Valley looking down at Badwater Basin (print toned in sepia and selenium). More details to come and we’ll let you know when a reception date is nailed down!

We’re off and running with the new year - more printing and more music! We’re getting some nice prints from paper that expired about 75 years ago, and we’re practicing up for our concert in Richland for the 3 Rivers Folklore Society, Jan. 17th.

Many thanks to all who came to the open studio!!! We appreciate the great turnout and the sales and orders that help keep us going. If you missed and would like to visit just let us know and we’ll arrange a time. The set up won’t be quite the same but there’s still lots to see.
