*🕊️ Statement of Condolences from the Organization of Zambians Abroad (OZA)*

It is with profound sadness that the Organization of Zambians Abroad (OZA) joins the people of Zambia and the international community in mourning the passing of Former Republican Vice-President Dr. Guy Lindsay Scott.

Dr. Scott devoted many years to the service of our nation and will be remembered for his leadership, humility, and commitment to Zambia. His contributions to our country’s democratic journey and national development leave a lasting legacy that will not be forgotten.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his beloved wife, family, friends, and to all Zambians during this difficult time. May they find strength, comfort, and peace in the cherished memories of his life and service.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.

Statement of Condolences on the Passing of Former Vice President Dr. Guy Scott

On behalf of the Organization of Zambians Abroad (OZA) and the Zambian diaspora around the world, I extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Scott family, the Government and people of the Republic of Zambia, following the passing of former Vice President Dr. Guy Lindsay Scott.

Dr. Scott was a remarkable statesman whose contribution to Zambia's political history will never be forgotten. As the nation's Vice President and later as Zambia's Acting President during a pivotal period, he demonstrated a steadfast commitment to constitutional order, democratic governance, and national unity. His service reflected a deep belief in the ideals of public duty and the peaceful transfer of power.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Scott was known for his intellect, candor, and dedication to the development of Zambia. Regardless of political affiliation, his role in shaping the country's democratic journey earned him the respect of many at home and abroad.

As members of the Zambian diaspora, we join millions of our fellow citizens in mourning the loss of a leader who devoted much of his life to the service of our nation. We pray that his legacy of patriotism, courage, and public service will continue to inspire future generations of Zambians.

May the Almighty grant comfort and strength to his family, friends, and all who mourn him during this difficult time.

Are you a business owner, entrepreneur, author, artisan, service provider, nonprofit organization, or creative professional looking to increase your visibility? We are now accepting vendor applications for this exciting event.

Vendor Fees

- $230 – One vendor
- $350 – Vendor with one assistant

Vendor Package Includes

- One rectangular table
- One chair (two chairs if registering with an assistant)
- Designated vendor space within the event venue
- Saturday event admission
- Saturday dinner
- Table linens (vendors are welcome to bring their own tablecloths and display materials)

Vendor Information

- Vendor setup begins at 12:30 PM on Saturday.
- Vendors are also welcome to display their products during Friday's event; however, Friday admission must be purchased separately.
