Blvd. Park Neighborhood We are the Blvd. Park Welcome to the official website of the Boulevard Park Blockwatch. We are located on the southeast side of Youngstown. and Sunset Blvd.

Our area has 2 treelined boulevards. We are a completely residential area. Our blockwatch covers, Midlothian Blvd. from Euclid to Erie, Euclid Blvd., Rush Blvd., and Erie from Midlothain to Berkshire. We also include Clarencedale, Hollywood, Lowell, Maywood, and Wychwood. The Boulevard Park Block Watch meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30. Our meetings take place at Bethlehem Lutheran Church on the corner of Midlothain Blvd.

We will be holding our monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 5 at 6:30 at Faith Fellowship Church of God on Midlothian. John Noga from Community Planning and Economic Development will be our guest speaker. He will be sharing information about the facade program. Please plan to attend.

The Blvd Park Block Watch will be holding a 6th Congressional District Candidate night on Tuesday, April 7. The meeting will take place at Faith Fellowship Church of God on Midlothain. The meeting will start at 6:30. Candidates who have confirmed their attendance include:

Good Evening again,
City Council will vote at tonight’s meeting on a replacement for 6th ward Council Woman Anita Davis. Anita was elected council president in November, so the person council selects tonight will finish out her term.

Hello Neighbors,
First of all, several deceased crows were found on WKBN’s property. ODNR testing determined that they passed from Avian (bird) flu. Since this was reported, other birds have also tested positive for the flu. Please use precautions (gloves, shovels, etc.) if you have a dead bird on your property that needs removed. Bird flu can pass to humans.

The Youngstown Water Dept. has issued a boil alert for the entire city! Please boil water for drinking, cooking, or dish washing for at least 1 minute. Be safe and we’ll see everyone Tuesday (2-3) at our meeting.

🚨 WATER DEPARTMENT UPDATE (Feb 4): The boil advisory remains in effect for Youngstown Water customers in Youngstown, Liberty and Boardman.

We are expecting most results back today and will be able to provide an update by this evening. Thank you for your continued patience.

WATER DEPARTMENT ALERT: DRINKING WATER BOIL ADVISORY 🚨

Due to a major water main break on the 12-inch water main on Hubbard Road between Logan and Albert Street, the Youngstown Water Department has issued a drinking water boil advisory for Youngstown Water customers in:

• City of Youngstown
• Boardman Township
• Liberty Township

While no evidence of contamination has been found, the break may have allowed organisms that can cause illness to enter the water supply. This advisory is being issued as a precaution to keep residents informed.

Customers in Canfield and Austintown are NOT affected by this advisory.

🚧 Crews are currently working to fix the line, and additional information and timing will be provided as it becomes available.
