Laptop: Acer Aspire es1-531

Problem: System Crashed

Solution: Installed windows 8.1 (original os it came with). Installed a few basic programs such as vlc, Microsoft 2013,anti-virus ,Adobe reader 9.installed graphics for better movie quality and games1 🎮.
Touchpad wasn't responding...downloaded the needed drivers for it now its working perfectly.
I Activated windows as well .
