Unia realizuje swoje cele poprzez:
1. Organizowanie wypoczynku oraz zajęć rekreacyjnych dla rodzin polonijnych.

Organizowanie imprez spotrowych, bali, koncertów artystów polskich i innych przedsięwzięć o charakterze kulturowym, propagandowym i edukacyjnym.
3. Wieczory filmowe przedstawiające klasyczne i najnowsze osiągnięcia kinematografii polskiej.
4. Działalność informacyjną wśród Polonii RPA (Centrum Informacji Elektronicznej).
5. Współpracę a Ambasadą Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Pretorii.
6. Współpracę

i innymi organizacjami polonijnymi w RPA w zakresie promocji działalności statutowej Unii. Union was founded in 2005. The Union shall pursue its objectives by:
1. Organizing leisure and recreational activities for families of Polish family connection and friends.
2. Organize sport events, balls, concerts by Polish artists and other projects of a cultural, propaganda and education.
3. Movie nights of classic and latest achievements of Polish cinematography.
4. The activities of information among the Polish community of South Africa (Electronic Information Center).
5. Cooperation and the Polish Embassy in Pretoria.
6. Cooperation and other Polish organizations in South Africa for the promotion of statutory activities of the Union.
