It is allerged that Apple company has denied the Dubai police access to Hushpuppi's laptop, iPhone and ICloud accounts

Local media in Dubai reports that following Hushpuppi's arrest on suspected crimes of fraud, police authorities have tried in vain to unlock his devices, and have approached Apple who is yet to approve their request based on its data protection and customer confidentiality terms

Apparently the suspect encrypted all his devices before arrest

If Apple approves the request, it may loss customers by faulting her own terms to protect its users' data and information - this is bad news for business

But again, the police may overide this rule based on state security issues which warrants access to data for investigation purpose
