Unfortunate news to announce regarding the Spaceballs fundraiser screening scheduled for this Saturday at the Eureka Centre.

Due to a significant electrical issue at the venue, the event will no longer be able to proceed as planned.

Classic Screenings and event organiser Gareth Roberts are extremely disappointed to have to cancel, but we wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible.

All ticketholders will receive a full refund—no action is required on your part.

While the screening won’t go ahead this weekend, the important work that FightMND supports continues. This event was created to honour Gareth’s father and raise funds for MND research, and we remain committed to rescheduling in the near future.

Thank you for your understanding and support. Please keep an eye out for updates—we hope to see you at the rescheduled screening soon.

The Courier has just published an interview with Gareth, who we are hosting the Spaceballs! screening for Saturday night.
