Been a long time between drinks!

Apologies for no updates etc, been busy with the real world and trying to fit everything in

Whilst we are still committed to bringing an event down under, at the moment funds etc are a challenge

Till then, we've redisovered the joys of Tabletop gaming Mad Max with "Dark Future". An old out of print Games Workshop game.

All home made boards etc by myself and a mate or two!

Mad Max, the Computer Game...my review of the PC game
For the love of God, do not buy this game...
Why?
It will suck your soul and every last minute of your free time from you!!!
Ok, so maybe not the most original of games, after all, Borderlands does it, Fallout does it, but this is Mad Fu***ng MAX!!!

It's got your Magnum Opus (death dealing, car from Satan's garage), a hunchback who fixes s**t (I always refer to him as Igor...everyone needs an Igor (Terry Pratchett reference there), yes I know he has a name, I like Igor)

It's got Dinky Di dog food, decent Aussie accents, baddies, goodies and is incredibly well placed within the world of the new movie.

Ammunition is almost non existent, fight for fuel, water, avoid horrific sand storms, kill baddies, avenge s**t, there's an Igor, fight more baddies, Hey! Here's Igor, take new bases and make allies....with your Trusty Igor!

Visually, it's reminiscent of Skyrim, very nicely done, the enemies are not over powered, but often require planning, your car takes time to build up and it's a slow slog,..14 hours in so far, and I feel I have barely scratched the surface. (Het I'm still on the starter zone!!!)

So wastelanders, go get this game. Support the games industry whom I believe have delivered a game in the true spirit of Mad Max the new movie, as well as shout outs to the original Mel Gibson pieces

Hey Denizens, Survivors, Mutants and Law Givers of the Wasteland
I humbly ask you to support this incredible movie, by going out there and buying a legitimate copy of their Blu Ray or DVD and making sure we keep great Aussie productions like this here in Oz!
For those who haven't seen it, do eeeet! A great movie, comically great, lots of schlock, zombies and even a wee bit of s*x appeal!

Awesome work all, but can we double it by the end of September?

We'll be off in October scouting a few possible sites both in QLD and NSW for wasteland to take place

However, let's start the ball rolling by having our first competition!!
So, what we need you to do is spread the word and get us some more likes, however, they need to be verified decent likes for people who would actually have an interest in the event. (i'll be checking our new additions, as I will be culling anyone who basically would be appalled at a weekend of music, fun, action, adventure, costumes, wasteland stuff and more STUFF!

Everyone who gets us new likes by sharing and getting us a like is in, post up on your timeline a share, get a like and new member and you are in!!!

In return, Grail Studio (link below), will make you up to a $350 piece of armour, weapon or costume accessory!

BUT we must hit 1,000 likes for this to go off, with a cut off of October 31st (Halloween)

We'll also be running a few workshops (some free, some you'll need to pay for), on costume making, armour, weapons and of course, how to make a kick ass camp site that will have you in the running for some pretty bloody special prizes!!

Oh yes...who'd be excited if we got a Mad Max Celebrity (or two), to both appear at Wasteland, but also perform a concert???
