Our Story

Brought to you by the programming team behind the Korean Film Festival in Australia, CINEMA-K is a monthly, free Korean film night aiming to share the emerging national cinema of Korea to Australian audiences. Screenings take place at 6:30pm every second Thursday night Palace Cinemas Central (28 Broadway, Chippendale NSW 2008). Entry is free but bookings are essential. (Online booking via Evenbrite accepted only). All films are in Korean language with English subtitles, making them accessible to a wide audience. Doors open from 6pm, entry is not permitted after 6:40pm. CINEMA-K is now etched firmly into the Sydney cinema calendar as Korean Night!
