Lismore we have great news......
Since closing our doors we have been working hard behind the scenes to be able to reopen our doors to you. We will be returning as a discount Food Pantry and will endeavor to be open for you by early next week. More information will be posted as it comes to light.💖😁. We will also be looking for volunteers so please send us a message if interested.☺️

51 Wyrallah Road Food Hub started 13 weeks ago by members of this community for the community. From those who orginally set up the facility in the very beginning on Sunday 6th March, to those who turned up everyday to help run the hub, and those who volunteered on a regular or semi regular basis, we would not have survived without you.
To our many doners from far and wide, too many to mention, who donated everything from toiletries, to non perishable food items, bedding, animal products, clothing and shoes and much more, your support was invaluable. We received absolutely no government funding and relied solely on community donations. We had major sponsors in Turbans 4 Australia, who contributed goods, transport and financial aid for rent, and Good360 who continually provided product to the facility. We have been truely blessed by so many flood angels who gave above and beyond.
Over this period of time we estimate we served over 35,000 people in need. A fact we are so proud of. We could not even estimate the dollar value of product we have distributed. It would be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Despite all we have done for the community, we believe it is now time to close the centre and move on. To allow Quality New and Used Furniture to finally address their own flood journey, and to allow our volunteers to return to their new normal. We will be closed effective immediately. As the product was delivered by the community for the community, we assure you, all remaining goods will be distributed to other hubs, community organisations, and to individuals in need.

To say "Thank You" just doesn't seem enough to express our gratitude to everyone involved in this venture. We have experienced and shared every emotion possible with the people of Lismore and surrounds, and from all of us to all of you, we say farewell and thank you. Stay Strong Lismore. ❤️
