In the wake of recent bushfires, many property boundaries across Victoria have been damaged or lost entirely with fences, marks and reference points destroyed.

We’ve formally nominated Stacey Surveying to assist with the coordinated effort to help re-establish cadastral boundaries where they’ve been affected.

This work is critical to ensure rebuilding, fencing and future development can proceed with certainty and in accordance with title.

Boundary re-establishment following fire damage must be undertaken by a licensed land surveyor, and we’re proud to be contributing our experience and resources to support impacted landowners and the broader recovery process.

If you or someone you know has been affected and needs clarity around boundaries before rebuilding or fencing works, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

🚨 The ePlan mandate comes into effect tomorrow in Victoria 🚨

From 29 August 2025, all new Subdivision & Realignment Applications (under 10 Lots) must include an ePlan Single CAD Format File (SCFF).
