Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love delivering exceptional customer experiences, and enjoy leading a team? We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated Casual Duty Managers to join our team!
As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the cinema, ensuring our guests enjoy a fantastic movie-going experience while supporting and leading our team members.
⭐ What we're looking for:
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns
• Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or customer-facing leadership roles will be highly regarded
• Responsible cash handling and basic administrative skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational procedures
🎥 Your responsibilities may include:
• Supervising cinema operations during shifts
• Leading and supporting front-line team members
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing guest enquiries and resolving issues
• Monitoring presentation standards and cleanliness
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Opening and closing the cinema
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures
