I have been doing a lot of study on dementia recently. This has made me realise even more how important photos are, the memories we can relive everyday, but what happens when even the photos can't jog a memory, you walk into the room and your family member doesn't remember who you are?
So sorry to be so morbid on a Monday morning but it really has me thinking about or memories we made/make.

I feel its really important to have the photos but also a journal,
something you can sit down with a cup of tea or coffee and really get to know your Parents and Grandparents.
