A new undergraduate department entitled as “Textile engineering” has opened on last 05 September 2012 at Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) under the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. UGC/Admin/publ.univ./450(part-3)/03/6498 dated. 05/09/2012) gave this permission. KUET authority has decided to start the academic activities of this new department from the current academic session 2012-13 by enrolling 60 (sixty) students at undergraduate level.
