Em "Guerra de Algodão", Dora, 13 anos, chega para passar suas férias com sua avó, Maria, em Salvador, Bahia. Elas mal se conhecem, são estranhas uma para a outra. Aos poucos, Dora entenderá que a estadia na Bahia dela será em definitivo. Ela não voltará para a Alemanha, nem mesmo para se despedir dos amigos. A film by Marília Hughes and Cláudio Marques



In The Cotton Wool War, Dora, 13, will spend, her holidays with her grandmother for the first team. Maria, 70, lives in the old and beautiful house. During the holidays, Dora will met Taila, black girl, 13 years and very similar to her. The two girls are brave, talented and curious. But the cultural background of both is very different. In the course of events, Dora understand that her stay in Bahia it will be definitive. It will not return to Germany, not even to say goodbye to her friends. Dora will resist to adapt in the city.
