We are currently looking for an assistant manager!! What does this include...
-working 20-25 hours per week
-$20.00/hour
-flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional weekdays daytime
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
-Inspire, coach, and motivate team members to deliver a remarkable entertainment experience through direct oversight of guest service, facility maintenance, and presentation quality.
-Guide and encourage team members to maximize their personal growth and development.
-Offer superior service to the customer experience - ensure each and every customer who visits is satisfied and excited about their next visit.
-Assist with managing inventory and overseeing all aspects of theater operations.
-Work effectively with the manager, supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
-Provide coverage and assistance in concessions, box office, and other guest service responsibilities as needed.
-Work effectively with customers in a high volume setting and provide an outstanding ability to listen and communicate efficiently.
Qualifications
-Strong communication (oral & written), organizational, and leadership skills required to help lead a theatre.
-Outstanding ability to listen, communicate, and work effectively with customers in high stress and high volume settings.
-Ability to present a calm demeanor that deters disruptive conduct while encouraging positive interaction with guests.
-Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Strong computer aptitude.
-Excellent time management skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
-Physical requirements: lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, ascending and descending stairs.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as training materials, spreadsheets, reports, and operating instructions.
-Creative thinking for events, fundraising, and maintaining strong community relationships.
-Ability to do small maintenance, upkeep, and repairs.
-Secondary school diploma (required).
