MCF also announced its next project for Meaford Hall… upgraded light rigging for the Opera House.

Salad: Broccoli Parmesan salad with pomegranate, candied walnuts, and garlic lemon vinaigrette
Main: Aged Canadian Prime Rib (served medium) with confit garlic pomme purée, Yorkshire pudding, au jus, and horseradish
