Vernon Towne Theatre The Vernon Towne Theatre originally opened in 1929 as a dance hall, and converted to showing movies in 1938.

Located on the main street of Vernon in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, the venue hosts films, music, comedy, and other live events.

🎃10:30am - Retro Saturday Morning Halloween Cartoons with our All-You-Can-Eat Cereal Buffet. The cartoon lineup is always a mystery, but expect to see Garfield, Ghostbusters, sci-fi, sleuths, and all kinds of 2D silliness, both faves and obscurities spanning the decades punctuated with vintage commercials, PSAs and station IDs for a 2-hour trip down memory lane! So get ready for a sugar rush and an explosion of nostalgia all wrapped up in one Halloween-Toffee package.

🎬 Octtober 26th Monday at the Arts is presenting the charming British comedy FINDING YOUR FEET!! Expect sharp British wit, eccentric characters, great music, and a big dose of feel-good joy!

Starring beloved favorites Imelda Staunton, Celia Imrie, and Timothy Spall, this hilarious and heart-warming film follows "Lady" Sandra Abbott, a posh snob who gets a sudden reality check and ends up moving in with her free-spirited, rebellious sister. Dragged into a local senior dance class, Sandra begins letting her hair down, discovering that it's never too late to start over, laugh again, and fall in love.

Come early and enjoy a drink and our delicious Neapolitan style pizza while listening to the live music in the auditorium starting at 5:45.
